From Charlotte, NC :

Providence Rd. (Hwy. 16)
Drive south past the city limits, through Weddington until you reach Waxhaw. After you cross the RR tracks you will turn left at the light. Turn right at the next street which is S. Providence St. We are the first building on the right (gray with burgundy awnings and the name over the door).

Highway 521 (via 485)
Drive highway 485 toward Pineville and take the exit for  521/Johnston Rd. Continue south on 521 into South Carolina and until you reach the left turn for highway 75 (which comes after a bridge over a creek and soon followed by a bridge over a RR). The sign also points to Waxhaw. When you come to the light in Waxhaw, go straight and turn right at the next street which is S. Providence St. We are the first building on the right (gray with burgundy awnings and the name over the door).

 
From Rock Hill, SC:

Highway 21 South
Drive south, crossing over Dave Lyle Blvd. and continuing until the exit for highway 5 toward Bowater and Lancaster. After passing Bowater, turn left on highway 75, follow it to highway 521 and turn left. Turn right on highway 75 again (just over the crest of a hill) and follow it into Waxhaw. When you come to the light in Waxhaw, go straight and turn right at the next street which is S. Providence St. We are the first building on the right (gray with burgundy awnings and the name over the door).

Highway 21 North (Cherry Rd.)
Take highway 21 to highway 160 and turn right to Fort Mill (or take your favorite short-cut to Fort Mill). Follow 160 through Fort Mill and until you reach highway 521 where you turn right. Continue south on 521 into South Carolina and until you reach the left turn for highway 75 (which comes after a bridge over a creek followed by a bridge over a RR). The sign also points to Waxhaw. When you come to the light in Waxhaw, go straight and turn right at the next street which is S. Providence St. We are the first building on the right (gray with burgundy awnings and the name over the door).

 
From Monroe, NC:

Highway 75 South
Drive south on highway 75 through Mineral Springs and into Waxhaw. As you approach downtown, you will see the wooden footbridge over the RR tracks on the right. Exactly opposite that is a left turn on S. Providence St. (If you accidentally come to the light, you have passed it. Turn around after the light, come back through it and then turn at the first road on the right.) We are the first building on the right (gray with burgundy awnings and the name over the door).

Highway 200 South:
Take 200 S. (Lancaster Hwy.) past Furniture Factory Outlet World and until you come to Providence Rd. South. Turn right and continue until it ends at Old Waxhaw/ Monroe Rd. and turn left. When that ends at Hwy. 75, turn left into Waxhaw. As you approach downtown, you will see the wooden footbridge over the RR tracks on the right. Exactly opposite that is a left turn on S. Highway 200 North:
Take 200 N. until you come to Providence Rd. South (there is a sign for Cane Creek Park on the right. Turn left and continue until it ends at Old Waxhaw/ Monroe Rd. and turn left. When that ends at Hwy. 75, turn left into Waxhaw. As you approach downtown, you will see the wooden footbridge over the RR tracks on the right. Exactly opposite that is a left turn on S. Providence St. (If you accidentally come to the light, you have passed it. Turn around after the light, come back through it and then turn at the first road on the right.) Highway 521 N.
